Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Austria/the EU, longer internationally. Deviating lead times (e.g. for made-to-order items like the A.S.P Gear Sets V2.0) are noted in the respective product description.

Payment methods

Card & more: Payment processing via Stripe. Price incl. statutory VAT (EU) or net (outside the EU), based on the shipping address provided.
Bank transfer in advance: Transfer to our bank account after receiving the order confirmation. We grant a 2 % discount on the goods value for advance payment. Goods ship once payment is received.

VAT

For deliveries within the EU, statutory Austrian VAT of 20 % is charged. For deliveries outside the EU, the shipment is VAT-free (export delivery); any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes in the destination country are borne by the buyer.
